BECOME A CERTIFIED PIZZA MAKER!
This is a course for those who are already in the pizza making industry but would like
to improve their skills and qualify to get our pizza maker diploma in Italian and English.
To enroll in this course you must have at least 3 years experience as a pizza maker and must be able to provide proof of previous employment and letters of recommendation. The course lasts 3-4 days and about 3-4 hours per day in some of our affiliated pizzerias.
THE COURSE GUARANTEES: Hands on practice needed in order to control dough consistency, color and taste. The course will be held in a real pizzeria so that our students can get a real feel of what it’s like to be a pizza maker. The cost of the course will also include materials, a uniform from the Academy of Italian Pizza and a diploma.
