Duration:
15 hours of theoretical and practical lessons in full immersion.

Basic courses for pizza:
Access to the basic courses for pizza, with all course dates at the start and the description.

Specialized courses for pizza:
Access to specialized courses for pizza, with all the starting dates of courses.

Work Offers:
Students will have reserved access to the section of the site dedicated to job offers, with ads from all over America and abroad.

Accommodations:
Accommodations are not included in the course fee, but the school has set up agreements with local hotels for accommodations near the school. Click here for a list of near by hotels.


Our courses provide 15 hours of theory in which we will cover: 

• THE HISTORY OF PIZZA
• FLOUR
• YEAST
• SALT
• MIXING PROCEDURES
• RECIPES
• HYGIENE

The practical part will cover:

• THE DOUGH
• MANUAL PREPARATION OF DOUGH BALLS
• LAYING OUT OF PIZZA
• TOPPINGS
• FIRING TECHNIQUES
• CONTROLLING THE COOKING IN THE OVEN


At the end of the course there will be an additional day in which there will be a written exam.

At the completion of the course students will receive a certificate and work uniform.
